    The Club Millesmie and the view from my room

    Very slow or lacking service everywhere. Room was very moist and warm due to central air conditioning. They are also charging services that are included in the Club rate; newspaper, breakfast and laundry. The Pool area was really bad.

    Complimentary buffet breakfast and hotel 'taxi' out to the airport.

    1) The toilet got blocked – for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. 2) The sewage system must have broken for 30-45 mins or so as the smell coming out of the backroom was disgusting. 3) The pool wasn't open for use, even though this was advertised as a picture and main attraction on the Booked.net website. 4) There was no allocated section on the beach with deckchairs (even though this was stated). 5) The main restaurant was atrocious - I told them I had a nut allergy & I received a compliment from the kitchen at the start which was riddled with nuts. I complained but the manager just didn’t listen and didn’t apologise or recognise the severity of the situation. This had nothing to do with a language barrier. The restaurant also was very expensive, had no atmosphere and, for a 5 star hotel, had a short menu.

    Ok it is the best location in the city but Cleanliness of the room was poor I found blattes in the bathroom which is quite disappointed when the value of the room is more than usd 300 per night!!!!!
